House Rules: I acknowledge receipt of the House Rules and agree to comply as a requirement of occupancy.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes, in the guest rooms, on the lanai and in all common areas of including the pool, lawn, and beaches. Violators are subject to a fine up to $500.
Parking: $15/per night per vehicle for overnight parking. Vehicle owner or driver hereby acknowledges that Management assume no liability for theft or damages to vehicles parked on the premises.
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am .
Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy for three beds is (5) guests and all other rooms have a maximum occupancy of (4) guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy for the residence (including children and infants) will result in penalties, eviction and/or forfeiture of all money collected.
Damages: The Guest will be responsible for any and all damages to the guest room, property amenities, or other resort facilities or equipment caused by Guest during their stay.
Terms & Conditions: I and each of my registered guests hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of occupancy and we understand that the House Rules will be enforced.
A $20 (plus tax) per room, per day amenity fee is added to the daily room rate. This fee allows guests to enjoy many hotel services and activities without having to incur miscellaneous charges.
Daily cleaning of guest rooms is available upon request. If you would like housekeeping service, kindly request service at the front desk the night before for service the following day.
Pet Fee is $35 per dog/per day and $50 one-time deposit. (Maximum 2 dogs and cannot exceed 35 lbs. each)
Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk for your convenience.
Only REGISTERED GUESTS who are on this Registration Card are permitted in any of our guest rooms, we do not permit "after-hour" gatherings of any kind, and everyone is required to adhere to our quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
All guests must present a valid credit card upon arrival. Guests not having a physical credit card at arrival will not be given room keys and permitted to stay. We do not take cash payments; we only accept debit and credit cards.
Please note that if you are planning to park on the property there is a $15 plus tax daily charge for parking
All guests must be 21 and over or accompanied by an adult to make a reservation and to check in at our hotel.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation, our team requires notification by telephone or email 72 hours before arrival to avoid a charge for one night's room rate.
